Joined the Marine Academy in Karachi.
1988
Studied at the Marine Academy.
1988-1989
Began his first tenure on the oil tanker M.T. Johar.


Specifically: Joined the tanker M.T. Johar as a Cadet on February 22, 1990.

February 1990
Joined the general cargo vessel M.V. Lily.


Specifically: Travels and events documented in his first book, Jo Dithhum So Likhhiam, occurred during 1992.

1992
Gave his 3rd Officer and 2nd Officer exams in Australia and graduated with an Advance Certificate in Marine Operations in June 1993.
January–June 1993
Served on the tanker M.T. Johar.


Specifically: Rejoined the tanker M.T. Johar in March 1995 and left on August 17, 1995.

1993–1995
Joined the Iranian tanker M.T. Alamoot
August 1996
Joined the Greek company Dynacom Tankers Management.
March 1997
Joined the vessel M.T. NIASE in France.
June 1999
Received his Master Mariner degree.
May 2000
Was serving on the tanker Noah and was in Dubai Dry Dock for 25 days.
2003
Received the finalized manuscript of his first book.
June 2010
First Book
His first travelogue, Jo Dithhum So Likhhiam, was published.
July 2010
Joined the tanker M.T. Haraz.
August 2010

During execution, the focus is on effective communication and teamwork. As a Senior Pilot and Loading Master , he manages complex evolutions like Large Ship Handling by leveraging his extensive command experience and following strict procedures and guidelines.
Step 3

Mentorship & Quality Assurance

Captain Lashari also acts as a great trainer, mentor, and assessor. The work process includes not only successful mission completion but also: Leading and training new pilots. Applying the principles of Port Management and Time Management to optimize operational flow. Acting as an inspector to ensure the highest standards of quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
